Cooking not Eating

Some people loves to cook as a hobby, they love how to add seasoning, mix things, and make some secret flavor to make someone to eat this says "wow, your cooking is great!"
Yeah that's some habit of chef, but there is one habit that most of chef (including housewife) do besides that one.
That is not eating the food that he/she cooks by her/himself.
Why is it??

It's because chef, created the food, making the flavor, and add seasoning by him/herself.

And of course, who is the first to try the food, if it's not him/herself.

Remember, quality cooking needs a lot of failure, so chef can make a correction for his/her food, and say "my cooking is complete", and at last the chef can smile and serve it to another people.
The chef taste his/her own cooking with his/her own hand many times, so it's normal if they don't want to eat their homemade cooking ^^

That's my opinion about the subject of the day, once again, it's purely my thinking

Coffee Time! Robusta & Arabica

Baru baru ini saya mulai tertarik dengan dunia kopi dan cara menyajikan kopi dan ternyata sangat menarik untuk kita pelajari. Saya pun tahu akan 2 jenis kopi utama di dunia, Robusta dan Arabica.

Marilah kita telusuri mulai dari kopi yang paling familiar, Robusta. Nama kopi ini mungkin sudah tidak asing di telinga anda, karena memang inilah kopi yang selama ini banyak dijual di pasaran, bisa dibilang kopi yang murah dan enak dinikmati. Kopi ini memberikan sensasi yang ada seperti kopi-kopi yang selama ini ada di pasaran. 1 yang menarik dari kopi Robusta, yaitu Kopi Luwak. Kopi ini sempat menimbulkan kehebohan di masa. Rasanya yang nikmat, tetapi cara pembuatannya yang agak sedikit ekstrim. Hebatnya lagi, kopi ini diproduksi di Sumatera. Sampai saat ini kopi Luwak tetap menjadi yang termahal di dunia.

Kita telusuri varietas kedua, Arabica. Arabica berbanding terbalik dengan Robusta. Arabica adalah kopi berkualitas yang mengandung aroma yang sangat kuat dan rasa yang sensasional. Rasa yang ditimbulkan kopi ini sangat mantap dan mengundang selera untuk meneguknya lagi. Ya, Arabica memang adalah kopi berkualitas.

Kualitas memang berbicara pada Arabica, tetapi sekali lagi, pilihan ada di tangan konsumen. Kebanyakan kopi di Prancis dan Italia berporos pada Robusta sebagai kopi utamanya. Ini menunjukan bahwa rasa di tiap lidah manusia berbeda-beda.

This senior defender in the 2010 World Cup made an awesome performance as usual, he's consistent, that's why i like him very much

Who is this man??? Probably that question is commonly asked by people who aren't Germany fans. He is the most consistent defender in Germany and Wolfsburg. His performance in this World Cup is quite awesome.








DR : Maicon Douglas

Definitely have the power, speed, and technique. Also his current club is the best club, and the current champion.






DL : Giovanni Van Bronckhorst

Holland captain, yet he shown us his best performance. He is even better than when he played in Barca. Sadly, it's his last World Cup. This player also have indonesian blood.





MC : Bastian Schweinsteiger
Bastian is the best, even though Oezil is the rising star in Germany, Bastian is the brain of the team. He always make fine pass and then, someone scores a goal. His vision is very good.



MC : Wesley Sneidjer
If Bastian is the brain of Germany, then Sneidjer is the brain of Holland, and make it to the final. He also scores 5 goals, and good vision, what more we expect??





AML : Thomas Mueller
Argentina's fans will never forget his name. He is the best youngster in the world cup, and score the fastest goal, great player eh??


AMR : Andres Iniesta
One thing this man have, the power to make a way. This man have enough willpower too. That's making him the best. Also his position originaly isn't a winger, but he plays it well. Also, he is the man with many victory goal, that i ever seen.




FC : David Villa
5 goals, what more?? He surely have the skill, damn right no more comments for him.




FC : Diego Forlan
I've reviewed this player right?? And he's the best and the last player to fill the slot

Forlan, and the Golden Ball

Golden Ball in the FIFA World Cup usually given to the best man, in the champions team, but this year, 2010 someone gets a golden ball, even their team only finished 4th, who is that man??
Yep it's Diego Forlan, reach the top of his career by making himself the best player in 2010 World Cup. Forlan isn't just striker, he can manage the area between him, and creating a space to shoot a goal. He also making himself one of the topscorer(s) in 2010 WC along with David Villa, Wesley Sneidjer, and Thomas Mueller.
So, why is him quallified to win the Golden Ball????
As you see in the World Cup, his goaling ability isn't shown so good, BUT he create 5 goals, even his goaling ability is doubted, that's showing us his ability to manage the team as captain, and the skill he have to creating empty space for his team mate to score a goal. Uruguay 4th place is something that he deserves, and he's the man.

The New Champion

The First World Cup was started in 1930, and making Uruguay the first winner of the biggest soccer party in the world. After then, many countries make their move to win the World Cup, but only a few can make their names written in the history. It's said up till now, 2010, there are only 7 teams that won the world cup, Uruguay, Italy, Germany, Argentina, Brazil, France, and England.

But, yesterday we all saw something that different, we saw the upcoming final match, IT IS A MATCH WITHOUT PREVIOUS CHAMPIONS.
The 2 great teams are Holland, and Spain. Spain recently won the Euro Cup 2008, but Holland has the same quality as Spain, both teams are great, and we can only hope for the best finals, and the best new champions, right now and in the future.

Italian Food = Fast Hunger Solving

Makanan italia, maksudnya pasta (fetucinni, spaghetti) memang merupakan sarana paling cepat untuk menghilangkan rasa lapar, bahkan membuat anda menjadi kenyang setelah anda menghabiskan 1/2 porsi dari makanan tersebut. Mengapa?? berikut ini adalah penyebab yang menurut saya menyebabkan pasta menjadi makanan yang berat :
1. Pasta dibuat di Italia, ya di daerah Eropa
Orang Eropa porsi makannya lebih besar daripada orang Asia semacam kita
Bisa anda lihat sendiri kebiasaan orang barat dalam mengkonsumsi makanan junk food
Penelitian juga membuktikan kalau orang Asia sulit berbadan bidang
Itu juga karena porsi makan orang Asia lebih sedikit daripada orang Eropa
2. Bumbunya. Terutama susu, yang merupakan minuman paling komplit.
Susu memang sehat dan membuat kenyang. Untuk susu biasanya dibuat untuk fetucinni.
Banyak pencinta sphagetti indonesia lebih suka tanpa susu.
3. Cara makan. Ini juga mempengaruhi
Kita bisa lihat, pasta adalah bahan yang sulit dicerna untuk mulut kita, dan sulit memakannya.
Sementara, semakin lama anda makan, semakin cepat anda merasa kenyang.
Ini juga faktor penting dalam menyantap segala makanan, dan bisa anda pratekan sendiri ^^

You Don't Mess With The Zohan

Fantastis dan lucu, itulah kata yang tepat untuk menggambarkan film ini.
Dibuat pada tahun 2008, film ini menceritakan tentang pahlawan Israel dalam perang melawan Palestina, Zohan Dvir (Adam Sandler) yang sudah lelah dengan perang, dan ingin menjadi hair stylist di Amerika. Zohan kemudian menyamar dan kabur dari Israel menuju Amerika dengan nama Scrappy Coco, dan petualangan menjadi hair stylist dimulai di Amerika.

Message yang terkandung dalam film ini jangan rasis, jangan saling membenci. Ya, Zohan diceritakan muak dengan perang dan akhirnya mencoba pergi dari medan perang secara sembunyi-sembunyi. Tapi di Amerika lah ia baru menemukan arti cinta damai sesungguhnya^^
